ABOUT ME
Welcome to my page. Many clients come to see me when they are struggling with past trauma; feelings of anxiety; anger; grief; and sadness. Perhaps you feel stuck in an unhealthy pattern that seems to keep repeating, or you're just trying to cope with the challenges that life sends your way. My name is Helen Whitehead, I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and experienced therapist and I help youth, adults, and couples navigate the path toward healing, clarity, healthy relationships, emotional wellness, and self-worth. Click here to see how I can help you.
I offer virtual online counselling or telephone counselling sessions for clients situated anywhere in British Columbia and have offices in North Vancouver and West Kelowna.
I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental space to welcome any challenges, insecurities, sadness or fears you may bring forward. I am also a provider for ICBC, First Nations Health Authority, ALS BC and UBC's Medical Residency program.
I hope your visit to this site can provide you with all the information you need about me and the services I offer, so you are able to make a decision about whether you would like to work with me. If you still have questions about any aspect of counselling, please get in touch by phone or email and I will be happy to help. I also offer a free 15 minute phone consultation if you would like to explore the possibility a little further.
Thank you for considering me to be your counsellor.
